Tracey offers you a customized experience through a range of Massage Therapy from relaxation to deep therapeutic, as well as hot stone and pregnancy massage. She is also certified in Fascial Movement Taping (FMT) to help you with pain, injuries and postural corrections.
As the mother of 2 sons, Tracey has seen the positive effects Massage Therapy can have on kids, and this has become a special interest for her in the field of Massage Therapy. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy over 16 years ago.
Tracey is also a Certified Holistic Nutritionist offering nutritional counseling ranging from basic advice to providing a one week meal plan.
